In my 3rd day of posting from last years Galapagos trip, I decided that for today I would post this beauty and rather large bird. I believe this is the only site on earth that they nest. I present to you....The Waved Albatross.....enjoy

I only wish I was there...no I saw it like most others...on TV...one day I would like to go to Augusta...but I would prefer to play (just once would be so cool) than watch...I'll keep dreaming

Yes that would be amazing to play. I've never had much motivation to go and watch golf live but playing that course would be something else.

It is actually fairly hard to not come back from the Galapagos with amazing pictures. There were 20 people on our boat and only 2 of us had DSLRs. The other guy had just bought a Nikon D5100 before the trip and was learning as he went. He learned fast and did great and had some amazing shots also that I missed.
I was amazed that the other 18 were just using P&S cameras but some of the older folks were more into just binoculars and just wanted to ID different species.
