I brought my 5D3 to FL for spring break. I am very pleased with the camera so far. Lots of nice images to work through, but here's one for starters.

A tricolor heron.

Image is roughly a 50% crop, limited PP, no noise reduction and no sharpening.

Nice Jim. I am hoping this camera solves some of the low light issues so I can keep up the shutter speed. Would like to know your impressions and to what ISO you feeling comfortable shooting at that allows a photo printable at 16x20 or larger.
Stuff on the web is much more forgiving.

Beautiful shot Jim, that body sure is showing a lot of potential. Personally I would rather an eye without the membrane visible

Hi Eric - I don't do many large prints, so I'm not the best to answer your question. To my eye, some of the images shot at ISO 2500 - 5000 look pretty darn good, and will likely clean up very nicely with some NR.

Thanks Ant. That 1DX will be sweet. The 5D3 has impressed me more than any other Canon body I've bought in the last 5-7 years.
