With the people in the shot this has a feel more of just a snapshot. Sometimes people can add to a shot, and if you are just shooting random unknown people, often you have to wait a while till they stand, sit, etc in a way that compliments rather than distracts. Also along the left edge, up towards the top, something is cropped off that is just poking into the scene. Clean edges are a key to shots like this. Not sure if it was possible, but moving to your left so that you could get more reflections in the water from those buildings, would have added a nice point of interest here. I scene like this is not easy to shoot.
