I want to do some bird photography, am going to get my 5D MK III, what lens do you guys suggest I obtain?

I already have 70-200 f2.8L IS II, shall I get a 2X extension or something like 200-400?

Get the 800mm for birds - it's only $14K.

Or you could go with the 400 f5.6L. It's a lot cheaper, tack sharp, and easy to handle ~ Ron
