Some backyard birds from last weekend.
i never realized how shallow the DOF was when you are so close to your subject.
Do these look over sharpened? I`m trying to use less sharpening in post.

Look great to me. Not sure about the last. The seed looks like a deformed beak. The other 3 are gorgeous.

they look good. #2 is my pick. Last one looks like it has a shell it's mouth...it does look a bit weird though.

It may not be the amount of sharpening that has you guessing but maybe the radius setting that can act up a bit on certain subjects

Nice shooting, #3 is sweet!
