An assortment of snapshots from Borough Market (London) yesterday. Glorious day in the city ... First one in a long while.

All X-E1 + 35 f/1.4 and pretty much straight from the camera (camera to ipad 3 to snapseed if any minor adjustments needed to jpg for web).

Both to these would have benefited from a comp further to the right, so they had some "space" to look into. But, the AF selector was already positioned in that upper right 1/3 and changing it on the fly is a two-handed process which often disrupts on-the-fly composing.

Missed focus on this one; was going for the orange one that's upright

Sentimental snap in recognition of events in the US this week ...

Excellent dynamic range, as always ...

... And outstanding detail! (crop of wider shot similar to above). In full resolution you can clearly see the three window washers in their yellow vests in the baskets on The Shard in the distance.

Taken at the L.A Zoo, using a Tokina 80-200mm f2.8 Canon FD lens at f5.6, handheld at 200mm. This is crop but mostly just to get rid of nasty blown out highlights.

I was away for a while, but can't seem to find (via search + browsing) the information on here that Aperture's RAW support was updated to include Fuji.

Hard to believe that could have slipped through the cracks, so I'm assuming there's a high chance I'm just having trouble finding it referenced here.

On the off chance that it wasn't... Aperture now supports FUJI XTrans RAW files! They're not perfect, but I'm happy. Will post some images in this thread soon, processed from RAW via Aperture.

Was going to ask how good the support was before I buy another as I am on the fence between the XE1 and EM-5.

I'm on a PC, so the Apple solutions aren't available for me.
AccuRaw sounds nice.
On the PC, I have tried ACR7.4, C1Pro7.1.1, and SilkyPix<WhateverTheFreeOneIs>
Lately I have been using good ol' dcraw 9.17something.
Haven't used that since the ol' Canon 40D "daze".
I have "found" command line argument options that I like.
I will have to post the command string I use, don't have it with me right now...

Here is a series of images taken with my tripod mounted Fujifilm X-E1 camera. The first image was taken with my Leica 24mm f2.8 Elmarit and the other images were taken with my Leica 100mm f2.8 Apo Macro Elmarit lens. All images processed in LR4.4 and lens set to f11 to f16.

Messing around with IR on the XP1... used the 18-55 lens with custom white balance on a tripod.

Here are the dcraw options I use:
C:\dcraw>dcraw-v9.17r1.454.exe -v -w -H 2 -j -o 4 -q 2 -f -m 15 -g 2.4 12.9 -6 -T *raf
I notice that I only get VNG interpolation even with -q 3, strange.
Cannot get AHD interpolation, for some reason.
I got most of this information from:
Shrug, works for me...

Here is one I shot early this evening with my tripod mounted Fujifilm X-E1 camera and my Leica 24mm f2.8 Elmarit lens. Image processed in LR4.4 and the lens was set to either f8 or f11.

Alan,

Thank you. Yes they are a field of Muscari "Bluebells" at the Lock Ridge Park in Alburtis, PA (near Allentown).
