I got back from Norway a few weeks ago. Carried everything on our backs for the trip and this was my first time taking a lighter camera kit and man it was nice
Xpro2 w/14mm
Outstanding set!!
My shooting has been extremely limited for the past 4 months or so, job is kicking my butt (but it's fun) and I'm still slowly learning Capture 1.
I start teaching a free photography course in about 10 days though, so I guess I'd better get off my butt
Simple shot of some New Mexico foothills (yes, we have green here)

I used the Monochrome + Red filter film profile in Lightroom 6 (no Acros profile for the X-E1) and applied a high contrast tone curve, and probably a bit of shadow adjustment.
Something a bit different than what we usually see in this thread... Some kayakers dropping in off a 8-10 foot ledge into the White Salmon river north of Hood River and then a little further downstream running a cascade.
After driving by the creek all week taking my daughter to school I was looking forward to some thick fog Saturday am at sunrise. The fog but not as thick as it had been all week and I was a little disappointed. After shooting from the road embankment I walked to my favorite view of the creek and was able to shoot this just as the fog lifted. Next time I think I will just head here to begin with.
The first shot is Provia sim and is what it looked like to me.
The second shot is Acros+Red. I like some aspects of this in BW but I feel like the really bright areas don't translate as well as the subtle color shifts in the Provia.
The last shot is a quarter frame crop of the infamous Purple Haze. This is by far the strongest I've ever experienced it. Fortunately just a slight change to the zoom and it went away.
