X-E2 with Rokinon 8mm f/2.8 II - this is definitely a better lens than the first version (though that one is quite good too):

And defished:

Bob I really like the photo #2 of the girl in the dress. What was going on there? Why isn't he dressed up? I like photos with possible stories we can wonder about.

Ian, I think you need to look a little closer, I think it's the hat that's throwing you off. I can see he is wearing a tie, and his suit jacket is over the back of his chair.

It look's to me that this was prom night?

Bob is this family?

Ah yes. It's just he looked a little informal compared to her.

Anyway, here are a couple of Peak District shots from this afternoon. I rarely do landscapes but it was a special day for us so I took a couple as mementos.

What software did you use to defish?

Nice job.

Thanks

Great photos from all of you
I have a question about this thread
Is the thread for x mount cameras that you can change the lens on and is the X100s included here?
I just don't want to post my x100s images on the wrong thread

Its an X-mount thread, so since the X100s is an X mount, although without an interchangable lens, it should be fine. I have seen shots from all the X line here.

Awesome blossom pics and I wonder what SNS HDR is also? (googling it I come up with some Polish language stuff)

SNS HDR Pro: http://www.sns-hdr.com
Click on upper right to change language to English.

SNS is just another HDR program. Even with the X-Trans incredible dynamic range, some scenes like this (the sun is setting right behind the Bell) are beyond the sensor's dynamic range resulting in either clipped highlights or shadows with no detail. The defacto program is Photomatrix Pro, but I found nothing produces natural looking HDR pics as well as SNS HDR Pro (as natural as HDR can get). The program is so easy to use to--I just loaded the 3 pics and chose a preset (Natural) and a minute later the pic was done. I found SNS really stresses the RAW/JPG files. Running RAW files from my old Canon XTI (or even my E-M1) through SNS revealed all kinds of noise in the shadow areas. With my X-Trans files the SNS output is very clean. It's a testament to both SNS as well as the XTrans sensor.
