Nice pics Helena......the 14mm looks to be a keeper. I have it on my camera most of the time.

Thank you Rich (and everyone else for the likes - both on the recent photos and all others)! Yours are stunning, especially the second one.

You guys take fantastic photos with your 14. Makes me wonder why I never take my 20 out on Nikon.

Rich, #2 is absolute amazing! Top notch work, thanks for sharing!

Helena, I like your gritty city-scapes a lot.

One from this night, the X-Pro1 seems to be kinda waterproof:

XF 35/1.4, tried a Kodak Portra 800 high-contrast-preset

FujiFilm X-E1 and Canon FD 500/4.5L
kinda hard light, shrug, just keep trying and I'll get a really good one, hopefully...

Looks pretty good to me. Yes the light is kinda harsh, but not bad for such a long focal length.

Took this for work today - needed pictures of plumbing fixtures. I like how this came out. X-E1 with Canon FD 35/2 on Speed Booster:

How do you use such a long FL without any type of VR/IBIS on E-X1? Tripod?

First use of the X-E1, first use of the Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 wide open... Converted in camera, SOOC. Be gentle. My oldest being introspective...

Some really great captures in here. Kevin and absolutic…..you will treasure these shots forever. Georgms…beautiful colors.

Jordan, I really like the faucet shot. I was shooting the Metabones C/Y-NEX, but I never bonded with the Sony……I wished I had it for the X-mount.

Here is a shot with the native 35mm on the converted camera:

Buggz, Looks like a pretty detailed shot, I have a FD 500 f/4.5 L coming soon. I was hoping to see such good results.

Keeping with the mostly (fantastic) monochrome images of this page, here’s one with the CV 15:

PS: I’m not totally happy with it, though. I guess I should go to the same spot and shoot it with the Fuji XF 14, because I’ve never quite liked my copy of the CV 15.

Buggy, the chipmunk-shot looks great. The crisp rendering of fine details is amazing, the big Canon-lens seems to carry it's L-designation for a good reason (sorry for my English).

Jordan, the whole Speed-Booster concept is intriguing, thanks for sharing your shots through it.

Kevin, I'm glad to see your rig is working! The 50/1.4K looks like a great portrait-lens: sharp, but not overly contrasty.

Rich, thank you. I'm really fascinated by your IR-shots. Very inspiring, thanks for sharing!

Xavier, nice classical looking B&W-landscape!

Another with the X-E1 and Canon FL 55/1.2 + speed booster. In retrospect, I should have stopped down a stop or two.

Man you guys stop it - I'm trying to decide whether I want to go more m43 or back into fuji (after just selling off my kit for a good price), and none of you are making this any easier !

So far, I am really liking the XE1. Old familiar feel (I grew up on rangefinders, didn't get an SLR until I was in my 30's) and image quality sharper and nearly the same DR as my old Nikon D7000 in a smaller package.

Been reprocessing (and trying some other images) from my recent shoots in Hocking Hills. In some, I didn't originally process them how I really wanted, and I think these are closer to what I had in mind at the beginning. Not sure they're still 100% where I want them, but they're closer.

X-E1 and Fuji 14/2.8:

And this is one I haven't shown before, also of the Devil's bathtub (in shot 1), but from the other side:

This is also one I didn't show...still not 100% pleased with this. This is with the fuji 55-200.
