Wouldn't you use PN just to get a RAW, then develop the .tiff further?
That's what I do with mine, though, from the supplied version of SilkyPix.

Why? You can develop Fuji raw files directly in PN.

Try the scenic presets
http://www.picturecode.com/tutorials/global_presets.php

I rarely have to use another editor. Only C1 for keystone from time to time.

it's nice indeed
I'm pretty sure you can get a jpeg like that straight out of camera, with the astia setting and mid-hard highlights and shadows.

I've loaded just under 250 shots from an late-June trip to Santorini (from more than 1300 snaps over 5 days).

http://500px.com/robo/sets/santorini_2013

All taken with the X-E1 and processed from RAW files exclusively in LR5, using VSCO Film presets as a starting point (save for one or two that required special processing, like some cloning work, in PS CC).

I carried with me (at all times) the XF 18-55, XF 35, XF 14 and Rokinon 8mm fisheye along with various filters in a Think Tank Retrospective 5. Based on meta data, here's how I used each lens:

18-55 = 63%
14 = 28%
8 = 8%
35 = 1%

A select few examples for the thread ... See the entire set at the link above

On approach into Santorini

First sight / last light. This is what we were greeted to upon reaching our suite.

All in a day's work. View at breakfast from our patio each morning. These guys painted every day we were there. No wonder the place is so "clean".

A couple ubiquitous Santorini shots, the first is Firastefani looking south toward Fira (capital) and the lagoon where cruise ships moor, and the other of the picturesque (although too crowded) Oia on the north end of the island.

Fishing village (Vlychada)

A couple sunsets ... which were all awesome

Inside Akrotiri ...

My favorite place to visit each morning, requiring a 3km (2mi) hike on/around Skaros Rock (shown in the third shot above).

And a shot of London on final approach back into Heathrow

Greece has a few thousand islands (some not bigger than a rock) out of which about 200 are inhabited. I've been to maybe 30 of them over the years, all pretty in some way or another, but there's something truly magical and otherwordly about this one...

Well done with the photos

I am loving the black and white (with Red filter) film emulation mode.

Three images from last evening just before sunset, October 1, 2013 taken at the Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA. Images taken with my X-E1 and my Minolta CLE MC Rokkor-M 40mm f2.0 lens. All images processed in LR 5.2.

I have barely scratched the surface of the shots I took today at The Preisdent's Cup, but here's one I like with Keegan Bradley - X-E1 and 55-200. Blur is exaggerated in post to provide better separation.

Love the pano feature of the XE1, and the fall colours of Niagara too!

Jordan, nice! The B&W HDR shows severe moire on my monitors, almost like newton rings, in the centre of the frame. Is that jpeg compression or what else
also, good PS skills with the blur, I wouldnt know where to start to get such an accurate mask...

Jesse Giammatt, I like this one. This framing would be too unbalanced normally but the two trees on each side make it work for me

Yeah, the moire is a result of extremely fine detail upon resizing...I can't seem to get the image to resize for the web without it showing up without completely obliterating the detail in that area.

Anyway, here's another with the 55-200, which I picked up for myself yesterday (I had a review sample a few months back and have been saving/selling for it since...and I think my copy might even be better than the one I originally reviewed...it's awesomely good).

This is at 200mm f/4.8 near minimum focus distance.

I've been out for quite a while, work's keeping me busy, but excellent photos for pages and pages, everyone

I'm going on a scenic train trip this Sunday (first ever train trip), so hopefully I'll have some keepers with my Fuji and Canon combo (of course I won't dirty the thread with the Canon keepers)

These are phenomenal Jordan, well done! Can you share your processing (either here or via PM)? I am considering picking up an X-E1 and have heard about the issues some people have with RAF's...
