Hope you are not tired of the swamp florals yet. I really am not fond of spiders, but the webs can do wonderful things on the plants when there is dew.

I used extension tube with the 300mm on the first 4 shots, just playing around to see how it would work.

Appreciate your looking, commenting and making suggestions for improvements.

These are really cool Birdie! love the water glistening in the light
2, 3 and 5 are my favorites! that isolated drop on the second one really pops out at me and makes that shot tippy top.

Nice work Birdie. I really like the simplicity and color of #1. My only nit, and this is a personal preference, is I would like to see just a bit more stem on the right so the branching doesn't look like it originates at the frame edge. Lovely shot.

Birdie, What all these previous guys said and then some. Great series. How many slices did you use of the focus stack and which program do you use?

Thank you Norm so very much!

I use CS5 for stacking .
The first shot is a stack of 2 photos. I let CS5 to the stacking .
Second shot is also 2 photos. I missed getting shots of the center . Sometime hard to tell where the focus ends when trying to get the shots
Third shot , no stacking
Fourth shot - 4 photos. I hand stacked this one.
Last shot no stacking.

I have tried Helicon Focus, but find CS5 works just fine for what I do as I rarely have large number of slices .
Photoshop elements 9 and 10 have a focus stacking that works well .
The macro guys swear by Zerene Stacker.
I use mac and it does not work on a mac.
