Anyone know why they suddenly discontinued this body?
B&H and Adorama no longer sell them but some are marketing the body with an aftermarket lens for more than the 60D.

Hardly "suddenly"

Amazon vendors often try to sell old stock at ridiculous prices.
If you find one you can afford, just make sure it's from an authorized Canon dealer. GL

Nothing wrong with my used 50D. B&S is way to go! In fact it outperformed the 60D I bought new and I still have the 50D.
Tack sharp body. on board flash and love it in combo with EF-S lenses.
