Short answer: No.
Long answer: No. Even if Lightroom supported it, which Adobe says it still doesn't, Microsoft opted to create an independent, incompatible pipeline for high-precision printing (similar to their 32/64 bit strategy). Utilizing this pipeline requires its own special drivers which Canon does not provide for their flagship professional printers.
Widespread 16-bit printing is pretty much Mac OS X or bust. It's painful on Windows, so the state of affairs at this point is that the application developers aren't investing the time because it's painful and no printers support it, and the printer manufacturers aren't investing the time because it's painful and no applications support it.
