I have driven by here 100 times, and never stopped to check it out. A time capsule from 1937 (Delta has several fine buildings from the 1930's), a power plant with huge diesel generators, still used for back up and fired up once a week. I only had about an hour there, so I will be back soon for an extended visit and tour. The street facade is spectacular, with huge vertical windows facing the highway. It is a morning shot, so I don't have an image.
