p.1 #1 · Is this something that could be fixed? (Tamron)

I purchased a 2nd hand Tamron 28-75 2.8. I took some pics with it and whatnot and thought all was well but after further usage it turns out it's really soft especially at 75mm and open apertures. I think it's front-focusing. Does anyone know if this is something that could be fixed by Tamron service or has anyone had such an issue repaired before? If so what did it cost you?

I shoot with a D5000 so I cannot microadjust and either way it seems like it's front-focusing pretty far forward.
