If the picture is on your computer in jpg format, locate the folder it is in. Click reply in the bottom right corner (in forum), and click browse.

Go to the folder, open it, and select your image and post it.

Make a new folder and copy the image to that new folder and try again. Are you on a work computer or a home computer?

You are getting close.

Way too small. Replace it with a version 800-1000 pixels on the long side
