I don't think the "bookend" framing works here since the window on the right pull the eye behind and past the figures. I edited by brightening the figures a bit, using content aware scaling to expand the blank wall behind them and cropped down along the horizontal line of the grill work in the window to eliminate the ||| vertical leading lines... The only thing I might suggest you try is cropping a little off the top to make it even more panoramic. There's lots to like. I think the image is a bit long, but that could fit with the story. I like the bookended feature. It adds to a sense of traveling a distance, perhaps passing many windows. Print and hang!!!
