Pretty much in agreement with the others.
Better as three images. Each is strong enough and the presentation is less busy.
Chuck's crop and background blurring isolates the subject better, makes for a stronger statement.
I am not an HDR fan, but I think these are done very well. No obvious haloing, no outrageous color, nicely emphasizes texture and dimension. If these are not HDR, I am curious what processing you used.
I like the toning very much.
Pose is intriguing: what is he looking at? His eyes lead up and out of the frame, effectively.
