I know that i should include the environment that this worker works but the place was irregularly shaped and when i saw the face of the worker and how he looks at me i decided to focus on his face, his eyes were like wet, he was looking at me but as if he was looking at a space which we really don't know. I hope you like it.
very nicely done. I like the processing and the expression hits a home run the way you presented it. Nice use of light. Only thing I wished it had was a tad more space at the bottom. But real nice.

Bob, just natural light in a dark room atelier, only a little window light was available from the distance corner of the room, f/2 ISO 200 1/20sec with D700 + Sigma 85 1.4 handhold
1/20 was very dangerous, so i've shot a few shots and i guess this was the3rd that's sharp enough.
