p.1 #1 · Cityscape: "The mother of Russian cities"
Something different, for a change: Kiev, presently a capital of Ukraine, is considered to be a cradle of Russians as a nation. Buildings on photos are @ Lavra monastery, which is under endless restoration. When I first visited in 1980, it was in scaffolds all the same. And yes - domes are covered with pure gold.
Pictures taken in summer 2007, when I already realized that I need an SLR but was still shooting in jpeg.
p.1 #2 · Cityscape: "The mother of Russian cities"
Hey Aleksandra,
Very nice shots, how interesting, so different from what we see here in the US. #2 is my favorite. I think #1 is interesting, though I wish a bit more on the bottom of it. #3, doesn't do much for me.
