Probably of more interest for Nikon shooters than for Canon shooters. But if you want a black 70-200/4 and probably cheaper than the canon 70-200/4 it might be interesting.

Meh. I'd rather there be a real Nikkor. Of course there is no need for one in Canon mount.

Nice to see Tokina finally stepping into the 21st century. If it will be cheaper than the Canon it'll be a very interesting proposition in the EF land as well.
