An i1 Basic Pro (P/N 42.17.79) professional spectral color photometer about three years old and purchased from B&H in New York for $800. This has been an excellent unit, but I have a Mac on which I've installed Lion and Lion doesn't support this X-Rite model. It works perfectly and will work with Mac OS 10.5.8 or 10.6, or the 32- or 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Vista, or 7, and will work on either desktop or laptop.
i1Basic Pro includes:

* ambient light measurement head
* monitor holder
* positioning target
* scanning ruler
* backup board
* i1Publish Software: i1Profiler v1.x software for monitors and PANTONE Color Manager

The price for this unit is $350 which includes shipping and insurance. If you're not satisfied with it, I will accept a return within 7 days (postage paid by the buyer) provided it is in the same condition is was when I shipped it. I've sold many photo items on this and other boards and the Bay where my satisfaction rating is 100% for 75 transactions. I prefer PayPal eCheck (which is simple and inexpensive).

Well, I suppose it's never been since I really don't understand what that means in this case. I've used it to calibrate my monitor, but I've never calibrated the device itself. This is the first I've heard of that.
