The owl is sharp, whites are dead on, rendered as clear as a bell.
The bird attitude is also excellent although the wings being fully extended upwards tend to create framing challenges. The background is pleasingly diffused and complementary, without intrusive old logs, stumps etc.
What may be a subject of various preferences is the inclusion of those wild oats as well as the owl centering/offset inside the frame. However, the image is strong enough as it stands, thus I do not think it can gain much, if at all, from any additionall finessing.
