Real well done re lens aiming and on target zeroing and tracking (sharpness is good), and re wing attitude captured.
A few suggestions:
* Those ducks look generally underexposed by at least 1/2 stop on my monitor.
* If you do them at 1/1250 sec then you'd get just a little bit of a wing blur which gives the flying birds less of a stilted appearance.
* I like to see them positioned a bit higher in the frame, particularly #1, #3 and even #4 a bit.
