A couple hundred feet north from the main spring at Badwater, is this spring.

Interesting image, Charlie, predominantly because of the bright crescent in the foreground. Why does it stand out? Why so bright? Just a bit higher up?
In the mid-ground the whites look perilously close to blown, as some may also be in the foreground crescent.
It all makes a strong statement.

Oi, mates- no 'roos there. But I did see a couple of pretty sheilas at Badwater.
I was pushing brightness and contrast a bit in processing- hoping I wasn't going too far with it. I like the salt flats to look really white if I can get away with it.
