Lovely pose Jonathan. The pastel colors in the BG are wonderful. The tops of the wings on white birds with overhead sun are a nightmare! Other than the top of that wing it is a beautiful image, neat little water drops on those toes
Always give enough room in the frame for the bird to fly 'into', so a little more room to the right would be nice.
It is a very nice shot, be proud of it.
You got one of the nicest perspectives on the bird as well as the wing attitude right.
Also, there isn't much sky background in your picture, which IMO is good, and you can trim some of it even more, and your framing is going in the right direction.
There is a bit of overexposure on the bird, and I am unsure about the WB used because the scene colours appear very cold.
The background is lovely. The far wing, shoulders an top of the head are overexposed and have lost detail. That is made up for by the lovely feather detail under the wing and on the side.
