Wooow I turn my back for half a day and a crowd showz up
Salumi?
No hot chick drivin' our toyz...in fact no chick period In Italy we say: " Donna al volante = pericolo costante!" meaning "Woman behind the wheel = constant danger!"
Now that I posted it I see the osprey is too close to the left side of the frame

I thought Caravaggio was some sort of salumi
I do like the dramatic ducks Nello, something a bit different from you. Mr D flying past the mottled background is a nice shot. Hey was some hot chick driving the Works Mini while you were shooting I'm loving both the Egret and the Osprey
Great shots all around buddy, it's been a while since you posted, I was getting worried
Tim
Thx Chris! I thought I shoot somethin' again so that I won't forge how it's done

The first two images look indeed very dramatic. Nice job.
I like the IF's too. Great set, Nello.

Appreciate it Henrik !

Drive by shooting not my speciality (all the cars i'm drivin' r too damn loud ) but I can see it has an appeal
You're right on the osprey...I guess I hadn't had my espresso when I PP that shot
The more I look at it the more it bugs me

Drive by shootings in broad daylight OK, my picks are the last two. I might put more sky in front of the osprey than behind it.
Thx David! wasn't quite sure how this experiment will work out but i'm glad I gave it a try

lovely set Nello
2 thumbs up from the Maestro
Nothing can escape your eyez...yes the sky in the egret was "worked" on in PP because it was a rather dull blue-greysh colour

Excellent job, Nello. Love the lighting in the first two images especially in the very first one
Lovely bg in the third shot. Good job with the two IF shots, but the sky in the last one looks better on my monitor Well done!
Socrate
Well i'm glad you liked'em Peter! I have a few more from that day to post The IF drake was my fav of the day
Yep now that you guyz pointed it to me I do see a BIG problem w the framing on the osprey
Guess I wasn't in top mental shape when I PP it

Nello, the dark places and dark lights in your pond with the ducks have resulted in excellent and unusual images...and that unusual makes them doubly excellent.
The mallard in a full throttle takeoff is also done very nicely......boy, how I love BIF shots against such warm coloured and varied background.
The egret and the osprey are pretty much spot on, although the fish hawk placement in the frame could be a subject of some discussion.
