Nice job on the lighting although the Gerbera on the right could use a little less of it. I see it more as Gerbera thirst. Shame and flowers is to much of a contradiction for me. You could certainly figure thirst into the comp, but it's more of a hanging your head, looking away from the camera concept...I tend to see flowers as expressive in a lot of ways and I like to try to capture and convey that. By rotating the camera counter clockwise while focused on the subject, it will make the flower lean more to the right, and that might create a little more tension ~ Ron Jan 13, 2012 at 12:27 AM
