Yeah the missing feet and perhaps too-tight view were the result of having only a prime 400mm lens for wildlife images. If I had it to do over, it would be a 100-400mm zoom.
But, if I had it to do over, I'd have developed my interest in photography 20 years earlier... and I would have married Marijo, and I would have gladly donated my virginity to some deserving girl in high school, and I would have invested in that new company named after a fruit (an apple- or something), and I would have long ago discovered the real benefits of single malt Scotch
