You made me think about this pair recently, from your list of reasons to own EOS System.
You're right, Nikon has nothing like them among other lenses you listed which are unique to EOS.
We're destined to continue on as dual brand, Canikon System shooters, mostly due to you.
Unless you want to cover the tab, then it'll all be due to you
