23" Apple Cinema Display " Stopped working" 3 days ago

Please let me know what it is worth. Condition is 9.7 out of 10 , just stopped working. I guess a reasonable and fair offer up and above the price posted would be best. Located in NE Pennsylvania.
Pick-up would be the best solution as we no longer have the original box, never thought I would need it

Display was purchased from Apple as a rerfurb in 07-08 if i remember correctly . I should still have the original bill of sale,
