I just bought photomatrix tell me about your bracket settings and how you mapped the finished picture. I have several piers near me and would love to try.
I used Photoshop for the HDR. Just loaded I think 4 images and played around with the sliders until I got something I liked.
4 images bracketed about 1 1/2 seconds apart. Your lucky to have so many piers at your disposal. I live around the Great Lakes and I guess because of winter ice we have none (at least that I know of). This pier is at Tybee Island just outside of Savannah.
I'm not a fan of spray paint in an image as beautiful as that (grunge shots of old building maybe), so I'd hit the j key (if you have PS 5) and make that go away so the eye can enjoy the beauty without the distraction (at least to me, or unless "aristocrat" has some special meaning for you).
