Sued Canon for using a "similar, rectangular and dark-colored device with a flat front and a large button centered towards one end of the rectangle".
Demanded a total cease and desist, and a full sales embargo for the Canon product for the duration of the trial, a trial which will cost Canon 20M$ that they could have spent on making better cameras.
