The camp we stayed at (Chongwe River Camp) offers both conventional jeep based safari's as well as boat based trip along the Zambezi River. The boating is particularly good for birding. Here are some bird images taken both from the jeep and from the boat. C&C most welcome. No.1 Brown Hooded Kingfisher No.2 and 3 White Fronted Bee Eater No.4 Lilac Breasted Roller No.5 Black Heron No.6, 7 and 8 Goliath Heron No.9 Double Banded Sand Grouse No.10, 11 Saddle Billed Storks (the one with the yellow eye is the female, the dark eye the male) No.12 Broad Billed Roller (heavy crop) No.13 African Giant Kingfisher Thanks for looking, Paul.
