CDaescher Online • • • • • Upload & Sell: Off p.1 #1 · mixed weekend bag How come that when I get out to shoot birds I end up with sheep? 1 A little bit of haze and nice backlight. 2 Actually I did find some flying ducks 30 minutes later. 3 Maybe some of you remember this earlier post of mine? http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1045147/0#9928609 4 That's how they looked last lazy saturday afternoon. 5 The next two images are photo stacks of 5 and 8 images at f16 in cs5. 6 btw the lighting was: 5500 kelvin light from front right and a flash with shoot trough umbrella from left. No natural light. 7 Then, Sunday morning the fog we already had got really heavy. 8 Perfect time to enter the woods. 9 That's as low as my tripod goes. Maybe I should start to mount my camera up side down. Now after all this shooting and processing I definitely need a weekend rest. Thanks for looking. Chris Nov 22, 2011 at 09:37 PM

You did good especially in #7 where that cool cast gives the sense of misty cold weather and no hope to see the sun soon. A complete different feel from the first shot where the warm tones give a more pleasing feel and the hope for a sunny day. I like the last shot, but I'm also thinking that a lower perspective would have isolated the fungus and made them more prominent. Very unusual around here. Normally the fog is gone before midday. I like the last one but you are right, I should have taken another one much lower and closer to the fungus.
