Not much moving now, and what is out is tough to get close to. In the area where I shoot there are a lot of wasps that are still hunting, and the predation pressure makes all of the "game animals" nervous. Since there hasn't been much of a breeze, and the flower I've been shooting in is bowl shaped (tough to get the low angles I like for the high mag shots), I've been shooting between 1x and 2x hand held and just bracing an elbow on a knee.
Tech Specs: Canon 1D Mark III (F1 ans higher, 1/250, ISO 400 to 800) + a Canon MPE-65mm macro lens (@ > 1x) + a diffused MT-24EX. A combination of natural light for the background and the flash (illuminating the subject).

I was trying, unsuccessfully, to bait a wasp into feeding off of my finger using some watered down honey. While waiting for the critter to crawl out of some foliage this fly took advantage of a free meal so I made the best of a bad situation and took a few shots but didn't bother changing the ISO or Fstop. This shot at 3x, F16, and ISO 800 is causing me to reevaluate my opinion of the MPE-65mm macro lens when shooting stopped down -you'll see me at F16 more often...
