Just some shots taken while on walks around the local bush reserves earlier this week. If the hopper seems to look a bit different from shot to shot the answer is simple - there was more than one individual on the tree trunk and I was taking pot-shots as they were running off (and up) into hiding.

Thanks Anthony - appreciated. The hoppers were fun to shoot as they were constantly on the move - ended up a bit dizzy after going around the tree trunk several times.

The wasp does look like a Braconid. The images that I've seen that look closest to it seem to be IDed as Callibracon sp.?
