Wayne asked for an image taken with the Biotar 75 1.5. I posted this in the Nex images thread a few weeks ago. I haven't had a chance to use this lens since then, but I have some plans!
Attended a Dog Show, planed to bring Contax N 70-200mm for zooming, but
re-thought, they are best man-friends, and deserved a good portrait shooting, so here are from Contax 645 80mm f/2.0 @2.0 on 5D2:

Was this wide open?
It is interesting to see a shot with this lens with nice smooth bokeh, as it is known to have that magical squirly, whirly bokeh.
Do you have more shots you can post?

Thanks! I'm glad you like the cat shot with the Biotar 75mm. As I recall, it was either wide open, or at f2. I added the vignetting afterward, of course. I took that shot right after I got the lens in the mail, and sad to say, haven't used it since. I'll try to get out some time this week to use it some more.
