I have a question about an acronym that I have commonly seen on sample Estimates on the web and in books. The following are often in the top right corner in the "client's info" section.
--A.D. - is that supposed to be art director?
In addition, I have noticed on invoices, that there is a Federal ID # located either on the bottom left or top right. I'm plan to operate as a sole proprietor and I do not want to put my SSN there. Is it required by law? And I guess if it is required, then I will have to get an EIN in lieu of my SSN, correct?
