I have pano2qtvr which I have used to make Quicktime "movies" of panoramas. It seems like a reasonable way to view them in detail.

Several people have suggested that I add the flash option, which I did. Now that I have made a couple of Flash panoramas, what do you view them with? I have downloaded and installed the Flash viewer, but can't find/activate it. Is it just a browser plugin with no standalone viewer like the Quicktime viewer?

You might try to just open your Flash file in your browser ... File > Open. I have used my copy of Flash Pro to make stand alone Flash files that can run on their own.
