Questions on your camera settings.
Are you using any D-Lighting in camera? If so Normal or Low?
Are you shooting Standard, Neutral or Vivid? Any increase or decrease in any of the those settings?
The second Danowski pic is solid, nice capture.
How much tweeking in pp or are these straight out of camera? Exclude crop and sharpening.

Some levels adjustment, contrast tweak not much else in PP
