First one I like best, water drop is sharp. Looks like you may have had the ISO up high or contrast high, seems to be a bit noisy. A little less of what is in the bottom of the picture would help too.
Second one seems to be just a bit soft, sometimes hard to focus if there is not enough ambient light. The more brownish BG in the second is not as appealing as the first.
Looks like maybe your flash was over top the flowers and cast shadow under the flowers a bit heavy, just thoughts and comments, you did good, and show us more.
