Looks like a Nikon guy in pic 7. (Black lens) I grew up at the southernmost tip and in the 60's and 70's the lake looked like that around here. Now you seldom see any ice on the lake.

Jeez...talking about winter! I'll take Italy's climate everyday over that

I like the composition and mood in #1 and 2. Btw that ice detail in #5 reminded me somehow of pasta

Aaaah now i'm hungy but it's only 5 p.m.

runamuck ~ I have not been to the big lake in the winter in about 25yrs, its very nice to see the ice formations.
