Testing out my Mark III and not a whole lot to shoot right now but found my neighbor feeding a doe haha. He had a whole herd of them in line haha...It was getting pretty dark out and I was sitting inside my running car and bumped up my ISO to 3200...Came out better then I thought!
Congratz on your new gear. Noise doesn't seem to be factor in the shot you showed. The joke about a new camera is that the first shot is of a pet or children. I think this might qualify.
