This morning I received an e-mail from Andrew J that the birds are starting in at the Conowingo Dam in Md. He also got a band # Z-3 in purple, which I am now trying to find which State this color belongs to. I think it may be Maryland so I e-mailed the F&W for some info. So any of you guys that are close by might try it out but chances are you will see mostly Immatures this early. But an eagle is an eagle and congrats to Andrew J for the first band # of the season that I know of.

Yes it is Lil but right now only if you live close by. Come January this place will be like Alaska, eagles roosting in a tree eating a fish and just about 25 feet from you. Who needs an 800

De-De you will see mant great eagle photos from this spot and it is a photographers dream for access and even heated bathrooms in the Dam for the public (unless they changed that) but plenty of out side accomodations. No food though but lots of long lense's on tripods. If you have a shot at it go, you won't be sorry. (Exit 93 off I-95) then just about 10 miles north of that, eagle heaven.
