p.1 #1 · #307 Flying Repetition!

My brother was having fun throwing crates into the air to see what they would do. I noticed the interesting repetition of the crates and snapped this shot at dusk.

Everything is so sharp, except the bushes, was something edited out? For me, it takes away from the photo because I gravitate to that area.

Maybe just dirty lens/sensor?

I second that question on the bushes, but it is really cool the way the crates make an arc around the sun!

Definately thinking outside the box. And I believe the blurring on the bushes is lens flare Very hard to remove and still keep the detail. Perhaps you have a similar shot you could clone into this one for just the bushes?

A nice entry It's not perfect, but that's part of the purpose of this forum and I like the shot none-the-less.

Thanks, and you guys are correct. I cloned out a lens flare. Sadly, it was obnoxious enough to be distracting.

Here is the original:

And unfortunately the other shots I got didn't include the area by the bushes...

Anyone who is better at cloning want to give it a try?

I re-edited it using the lower image (from above) as a clone source. This allowed me to do less destructive processing.

How does it look?

Looks much less distracting to me. Cool!
