I think the picture would look better if you cropped the bottom to above her pants, cropped lots off top and a bit off the left to make it less centred.
And the horizon cuts right through her head. Better than her neck, mind you. It's not too bad.
Foreground/background light balance is good and even and IQ is good. It could definitely have benefited from a tighter crop and not right in the center.
Her pose is a little rigid, but not distracting. Overall, good. With my suggestions, probably very good.
