p.1 #1 · impressed 400mm 5.6L

So hallbert shipped me a prime speciman of the 400mm f/5.6L. I was planning on getting ready for Thursdays opening at the Las Vegas 51's (minor league club team for the dodgers), and what do you know? My editor drops an assignment for a little league opener.

I'm extremely impressed. Excuse the cluttered backgrounds.

That's the thing about the 400 f/5.6.......seldom if ever one reads "my copy is soft" or "my copy is out of calibration". Perhaps the key is a healthy design and overall simplicity of a prime.
