Interesting light. Nice composition. I would increase your aperture to get more depth of field on the flower, especially the front. My general rule is if you are going for the shallow depth of field make it way more intentional and make the composition work accordingly. Otherwise make the whole image in focus. When areas are just a little out of focus the perception is that it's not intentional but a mistake.
