Canon brings almost daily news: Today Canon introduced a new series of lifestyle compact digital cameras and brings a new line of high end scanners.
The 4Mp digital IXUS i comes in four different colours and has a different style than its succesful predecessors, the tiny jewels / gadgets of the former IXUS series. Of course the new models are DIGIC based and support Pictbridge. Product details at Canon Japan. the digital IXUS will be sold as Digital Elph or SD series in the Americas, while in the Asian Pacific this model will be sold as Ixy.
